JOHNSON CAPITAL ARRANGES FINANCING FOR MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITY

AUSTIN, TEXAS — The Arizona office of Johnson Capital recently arranged a $13.3 million permanent loan for Statton Park at Spicewood Springs in Austin. The Class A, 224-unit multifamily property consists of 12 two- to three-story buildings situated on 19 acres. Amenities include fitness and aerobic centers, a clubhouse, a business center, a pool and spa, sand volleyball courts, picnic areas and private garages. State Farm Insurance provided the loan.
